Located in East Tennessee off of the Riceville Exit on I-75, we are a new farm with high hopes. The previous owners planted thousands of pines that are teenagers now, and we plan to plant Christmas trees soon. We have chickens, are in the process of getting bees, and hope to have the famous Tennessee fainting goats coming soon.
Promiss Farm is named similarly to our Grandpa Gene's Promis Farm in Michigan. He named his farm this because he always wanted to be pro-mission: a daily reminder to live out the Great Commission. He lived a generous life; always giving to the local church, Salvation Army, and missionaries around the globe. We hope to walk in his foot steps as he walked in Christ's.
